December 5th, 2011 by

This Holiday Season we are teaming up with the Stockbridge Avenue United Methodist Church and Kalamazoos Loaves and Fishes to help those in our community struggling during this economic hardship. We will be collecting donations of canned food items, warm coats, hats, mittens/gloves, scarves, toys, and blankets. We have drop boxes in our showroom and service drive if you’d like to contribute, any donations are greatly appreciated.

On December 18th, the 7th annual A Kalamazoo Christmas community free dinner and warm clothing distribution event will be hosted at Stockbridge Avenue Methodist Church. The event is open to any and all people from the Greater Kalamazoo area that are homeless or otherwise suffering from the slings and arrows of economic hardship. In 2010, over 1,500 guests and 300 workers were served. Based on projections, more than, 2,000 guests and 300 workers are expected this year.
