My lease was ending. Brian did due diligence trying to get me into a new lease but supported my decision to buy my car. Cory worked some magic and got me a 5 year extended warranty and extras for right where I wanted my payments to be. They took care of everything, all I needed to do was sign and drive away.

Dan Stannard, my service advisor, did a great job of explaining the issue with our vehicle and keeping me in the loop regarding parts availability, next steps, etc. Other personnel I encountered were courteous, checked with me to be sure my service advisor had updated me about the status of my vehicle, etc.

While my service rep Olivia Walter’s was AMAZING during this whole ordeal GM needs to re evaluate how they do things. This was my FOURTH time leaving my vehicle with the exact same problem and it’s still NOT FIXED. The part to hopefully and I did say HOPEFULLY fix it is on back order and no ETA on when it will be in, so in the meantime I get to drive a vehicle that I paid $40,0000.00 for that the right turn signal works when it wants to, I get pulled over by the police for my light begin ...

Brian Cooper was extremely helpful with keeping me up to date on the repairs of my car. He also provided a loaner due to the long wait for my repairs. The only issue I have is with the work itself. The issue with "Activate to Park" was ongoing after I picked up my car and then found out I had to pay more money to get it fixed when it's a known problem for many Chevy cars and trucks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO DENOOYER CHEVY (KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN) FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. I had a new engine installed in my 2018 Chevy Suburban by DeNooyer. When I picked up the Suburban with the new engine installed it was running rough at idle and did not feel at all like a new engine. I drove the vehicle for a few months and it started missing out during acceleration and was still rough at idle. DeNooyer ran test and said spark plug 5 was bad and replaced the spark plug.
