Fantastic dealer. While we've never bought a car there, we take all of our Chevy and GM vehicles there for service. They've always been reasonable, honest, and friendly. Offering pick up and drop off service is a very nice perk too. Very happy to have them nearby.

Olivia was amazing and worked so hard to help me. She went as far as sending my vehicle home with a technician to try and trigger the codes a second time for the warranty department. When that didn’t work and I contacted GM Warranty, they worked hand in hand to get the situation resolved. First time working with Olivia, but it will not be my last, I have already referred a customer looking for some things to her. I cannot say enough about her or the dealership!!

Great people and great service and updates to the process. I am very disappointed that they started charging a 3% credit card fee for service work. I believe your profit margin should cover this. I also work with Cole Automotive and they do not charge a fee. 3% can get very high pretty quickly with the cost of service on vehicles.

I had a really good experience once again (my third straight vehicle acquired at this dealership). Meghan Seng has been very welcoming to me, even working with me three months prior to my current transaction. I shopped around a bit and still end up back at DeNooyer. Although I don't live in the immediate area anymore (I live about three miles away from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing), I still get my vehicles serviced at DeNooyer when I come home to visit my parents.
