Bryan VanNiman was fantastic to work with from the beginning of the car buying experience until delivery. I had a very specific vehicle I wanted to locate to purchase (Blazer EV RS RWD with sunroof, black interior, and Sterling Silver exterior, with all weather floor and cargo mats), and he spent a lot of time and care working with me to find the exact vehicle and in my case, a couple hours away in Flint - down to every single last option and color. He was patient, quick to respond to my many emails back and forth, and super easy to connect with and talk to. Bryan is genuine and passionate about vehicles, which I appreciate being a car guy myself. I was also impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in, EV's specifically. That is a rare find at dealerships and it was refreshing to feel welcomed with my interest in EV's especially since it's the only type of vehicle I will consider going forward. Denooyer's investment into this new technology is directly what brings me to continue purchasing from this dealership, and the people and culture you provide. This is now my third vehicle (All EV's) purchase from Denooyer, and I have shared my recently traded in vehicle in several EV groups and on my personal social media pages to direct potential buyers to Denooyer. I had an unfortunate situation where my Blazer EV had a critical failure on the drive home after delivery and was unable to charge. The very next morning Brian Cooper in service has been taking great care of me, and I feel like he's really done all that he can to ease my anxieties about my new vehicle and explaining what went wrong with a manufacturing defect. The service department is being thorough in the work they're doing, and I am putting my faith and trust that the issue has been resolved. It's so easy for people to be angry and take it out on your team I imagine in your line of work, but I want to express my gratitude and thanks during this stressful situation in the care you've provided. This is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased, and I couldn't help but feel buyer's remorse after my brand-new vehicle's failure and my experience of the team at Denooyer has helped to ease my anxieties and help level me to feeling like I'm in good hands. Thank you for all you do. Paul Vander Kamp has also been an A+ superstar every time I've worked with him on my last three vehicle purchases, and I enjoy talking with him as well, and he's always remembered me and my vehicles. I think he works hard on a balanced approach when the buyer's considering service and warranty packages on new vehicle sales. The only part of my experience I wasn't completely satisfied with was regarding the value of my trade. I hold firm that its value should have been higher though I know "that's what everyone" probably says.

I had a great experience! This was the second time I've worked with Meghan Edwards. She's so friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. She worked really hard to help me as I was over mileage with about a year left on my lease. She gave me several scenarios with different options that worked with my situation and gave me great advice with no pressure. I am very happy with my 2025 Equinox. It's perfect for my needs and within my budget. I'll be happy to work with Meghan again in the future and will recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle.
