I only submit reviews when I feel like they are deserved, and I just want to give a big thank you to Olivia and the rest of the team for taking good care of me and my old beat up truck. Needed a small recall done on my Silverado, and when I called to set up the appointment... I couldnt believe how attentive she was to scheduling a job that is essentially profitless to the dealership by taking the time to make sure I understood an extremely rare but potential damage that could occur during the process and addressing the concerns I had without making me feel rushed. Coming from a dealership background myself and knowing how stressful and fast paced it can be (more often than not), it was extremely considerate of her. I wouldnt have been at all surprised to either not find out that information at all or when it's being pulled into the shop. Then, I ended up having to miss my initial appointment due to an emergency and I was shocked to be met with genuine understanding - it was an emergency, however I would have understood if they were frustrated upon my delayed rescheduling due to the short notice and poor communication on my part. But no, I was treated with the same respect as I was initially. And when I made it to my actual appointment, Olivia, again, went out of her way to make my life even easier and was able to get it in the shop, fixed, and washed within about 2 hours time... saving me from another long drive back. 10/10 all around.

David Russell did an excellent job helping us with our new Chevy Silverado. We weren’t looking forward to dealing with a salesperson and spending several hours of our day working through/finalizing everything, but he surprised us. It was the smoothest & quickest process we’ve ever experienced. He was kind, knowledgeable and honest. We highly recommend working with David if you are looking for a new vehicle!

When you're traveling with your kids and camper, the last thing you expect is transmission trouble. I walked into the shop with no appointment, stressed and unsure of what was ahead. Ryan in the service department was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, he kept us informed every step of the way. The communication was excellent, the pricing was fair and competitive, and they had us back on the road much faster than we ever expected. What stood out the most was the compassion they showed our family. They understood our situation, accommodated our extra requests without hesitation, and treated us with genuine kindness during a very stressful time.
