Todd was very helpful right from the start. We told him what we were looking for and price range, etc. He had us driving a used vehicle within minutes! There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions honestly and professionally. His character is outstanding! He listened to our needs and worked within our price range.
We were very impressed with the dealership. The overall appearance for our first time impression was a very clean and organized business. The DeNooyers represent a true hard working family organization and it shows within the representation of their employees. My back rear wiper was not working and Todd offered to pick up my car from my work place to have the wiper mechanism fixed. He left me a dealer car to be able to get my car when finished.!!! Remarkleble customer service! I would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle from Todd! I’m sure other salesmen would also benefit your needs, as they seem to work with respect to the long time family operated DeNooyer dealership.
